Ok, let's keep this short and sweet, for the MoH mod - the idea is we keep it simple, then work from there.
Keeping things to a minimal is our main priority, and these are our goals.
Weapons:
Germany:
3x G98 Rifles ( 1 normal, 1 scoped and 1 with bayonet)
2x sidearms ( 1 Trench mace, 1 pistol - Luger P08)
1x Grenade ( Stick grenade - 1915)
British Expeditionary force:
3x Enfield SMLE rifles ( 1 normal, 1 scoped and 1 with bayonet)
2x sidearms (1x spade, 1x webley revovler)
1x grenade ( Mill's grenade)
Maps:
3 maps, with varying stages of trench warfare, damaged building etc. Craters, mud, barbed wire, wood, blood , limbs etc etc. Realism.
Gas shall hang arround at the bottom of deep craters as it would have done in real life.
Character models:
2 for each side,
1x officer.
1x rifleman.
Thats the minimum.
OK plan is, once we get this launched, we then go forward and patch it with new weapons and countires etc, for example the introduction of the MP18 and France... and so on, so on.
We can't aim too high, nor create too high a workload, or the mod will die, I've been on plenty of mod teams who have done this.
Ok, first item on the list, concept art,

character designs
map concept
general concept ( giving the mod a feel etc)
Next step, getting together a workload
- Story
- Gameplay - multiplayer, capture the flag etc
- Weapons - models - graphic designs
- HuD design
- Weapon textures
- Animation
- Coding
Next step, completing and compiling the workload
FTP needs setting up, communication is key, people who communicate poorly or infrequently will be replaced.
Final step, launch, take on board community critique, and improve.
It will not be an easy ride, and please remember I am here to help.
OK the ABSOLUTE first thing I need to know is, who people are, their contact details, real names, and experience - NOTE: Previous work must be showcased/linked. Also a few hobbies 'cos we're people!
